I've been charged twice for downloading something I’ve already paid for - how do I get my money back?

If you've been charged for something that you believe you've already paid for you’ll need to contact Apple for a refund. We contractually (and physically!) cannot refund transactions you have made with Apple. Make sure you have both receipts, and request a refund from Apple via this link: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1933
